Great stay
We stayed here in summit Swiss as the stay was very comfortable and the staff behaviour was very good the room amenities and the view from the room was very beautiful we would like to visit again as this was our one night stay the food was delicious and a special mention to Ms Dawakit for a smooth check in

Stay at Summit Swiss, Darjeeling at Peak season
We would rate the Front Desk team [Kavindra/Awanisha/Preetika] as excellent. The cyclone had struck on the day of our departure from Kolkata and the airport was closed down for 24 hours. We were able to make the journey the next evening and arrived at the hotel in Darjeeling late night around 11 pm! In the meantime, the Front Desk team had called us on the scheduled arrival day and checked us in remotely so that we had minimum anxiety in the circumstances and it was a quick entry to our room when we arrived late at night. Aside the front desk attended to all our needs during our stay; this was done very promptly and as per our requests. The rooms are well looked after and a deep cleaning is done everyday upon request.
We stayed at the Heritage wing in room Tenzing. The room was spacious enough with a good view although the bathroom could do with a shower curtain and some tiling to prevent overflow of bathwater.
The hotel does not have a minimum car service for pick up and drop off to airport and station. This service is an important part of the trip given the traffic and surpentine queues of vehicles into Darjeeling. The hotel has tied up with an outside car agency whose response we found most unhelpful. I recommend to make your own arrangements way in advance with a reliable car/taxi company.

Nice place
The rooms are clean and stay was comfortable with a nice view. The mall road is really near to the hotel, which made many things accessible ………….. the food was also great …… and the kids had fun at the games zone and the roof …………staff are very hospitable ……
